Cullen - you have a bent pulley . The optical illusion of it being straight at speed - is just that. Somewhere along the engines life - a bozo of bimbo - replaced the engine or for some reason used a pry bar - and bent the pulley . If the front timing cover seal isn't leaking - then the harmonic balancer isn't off center on the crank. Those things are ON THERE ! with a slot key way as well. Keep an eye out for a nice one for 'sometime' in the future. cHECK It with a metal straight edge - from all positions on the 'clock - and on a trued flat surface for straightness. Get FLUID DAMPER literature and read up about these things. They might be online somewhere.
