Karla: I am glad to hear that both of you are OK. I have one thing to add,
try to do some investigating into the buy back rule. The car is yours not
the ins. companies. They owe you money if it is insured. They do not have
the title. Do not let them take the car, have it moved to your property or
rent a spot someplace. If they have it they can charge you storage fees or
whatever they want to hold over your head to get the car so they can make
money off of it. Do your homework right away. Hope this helps. Mark
