Hi Madelon,
Very interested in your 77 gremlin. You might have seen some of the ongoing story of our 75 gremlin wrecked while minding its own business parked by the street (see: What Now? Continued). 
I tried sending an email direct to you, but in case it didn't get thru, I will try here. It just so happens that as of this writing, I plan to be up in Sacramento next weekend. Before I get my hopes up, I am hoping to here from you with some more details. Such as, it is licensed and drivable, as I have no other way to get it back to the Central Coast near Santa Barbara.
Here is hoping to hear more details soon (tranny, accessories, pics, whatever useful)
