I can see you at a car show or some AMC show Gary,you sittin in front of your 
gremlin waaaaaaaaaaaaay in the back practically in the parking lot whistlin 
the tune from Three dog nite One is the lonliest number.The truth is,you prob 
raced a 80 258 Spirit AMX with a rod knock and won cuz he redlighted.what a 
country face it man your NOT gonna earn any kudos or gain ony props by 
cheerfully squakin about your gm powered defiled gremlin.MOST here that own 
hot rod grems built them to be different,you might as well dropped your 350 
in a vega or camaro,Also you state that yours was an original 304 yet you 
prob didn't even bother searchin your local yards for a 360 or 401 or hell 
,why didn't you build the 304,my friend Todds 74 grem ran 15's with a 2 
barrel 304 and almost 13.0's with a simple intake,carb,header,convertor and 
gear swap.you also state that AMC parts are expensive and hard to find,thats 
a cop out,most of us are here and on this list cuz we got off our duffs and 
went out and found our parts or made our parts and while AMC parts may be a 
hair more than your average treefiddy parts so are any Buick Olds or Pontiac 
parts.To me you sold out,your car is just your average hack job gremlin and 
most will forever ask you "why didn't you drop a AMC V8 in there?"And do us 
all a favor ,please keep your hood shut at any car show so you won't further 
tarnish the AMC name or embarass us TRUE AMCers
