There's not a lot of demand for 232s but if someone just wants an 
engine you wight be able to sell it. I got $150 for the one from my
sisters 76 Gremlin and he just wanted one to rebuild.
It may be worth more or less depending on your location, my
guess is about $200 with that low mileage. The Jeep guys are
always looking for AMC 6cyls but they usually want 258s.
I don't think there is much value in the 3spd
