I am a V-8 gremlin owner, I say go for a stroker 6 make sure that you put EFI on it. you could put a V-8 in your car but then you would have to find a V-8 crossmember, I understand that the V-8 block brackets are very difficult to find. Tom 72 Gremlin 304
