I think you want a 8 or 9 inch from a 65/66 Mustang....I have a 8 
inch(65 Mustang) under my 74 Gremlin with 4.10 gears/mini spool that I 
have been pounding on hard for the last 8 years or so with up to 300+ RW 
HP from a 401 and have yet to break it..using MT dot drag tires

I think one is 43 1/2 and the other 44 inches wide spring perches
not sure which is which....bolted in with no problems.....

77-81 Versailles 58.50 inches wide .. flange to flange

65-66 Mustang 57.25 inches

67-70 Mustang 59.25 inches

AMC 20 58.5 inches wide.... F to F
