Not sure I sent this to here, but is a Gremlin Hornet NOS clock! Bes rue to
  look at the
photos one by one to see the 'timeline'
Someone asked
me about a NOS Hornet/Gremlin clock and decided to send them photos of
  it,
as box never been opened since 1970s. This is actual photos and
  sometimes I am just amazed
at 'little things' such as this. Imagine my
surprise to pop staple on this, unwrap it from
paper, take off plastic
bag....and it started TICKING......the second hand just starter
moving,
clock quietly going tick, tick, tick, almost drowning out Chef Ramsey in
  front
room where wife Paige watching Hell's Kitchen. There is absolutely no
  current to clock, it
seemed to just be happy to come out of AMC tomb it has
been sealed in since 1972. No
current, just ticking away
  happily.
The photos were taken in rapid succession, and to me at least,
  was facinating to see clock
ticking away under own power. I took it in
other room to show Paige and she commented
"that's nice now move out of the
way @%&+!" as I guess I was blocking Chef Ramsey
screaming obscenities
at his crew so Paige learned new cuss word.
I showed the clock
excitedly in office to Noah & Jacob who said 'great dad, can I
  finish
farmville?' so guess didn't share my enthusiasm. I tried to tell
them it is like 17 year
locusts we have here, they are underground 17
years, come up in July after almost 2
decades, then make lots of noise in
trees for several weeks, to no avail, Jacob blurted
out 'my cakes are
almost done in cafeworld, duh'. Sigh.
So yes, sometimes it is the
little things.....I might end up putting one of these in the
74 Hornet
Sportabout am finishing off right now as it is factory clock delete, maybe
  I
won't have to run a wire to fusebox.......
