This is true and someting I forgot about, most of the issues I remember, including the sheer amount of SSB (service specification bulletins) and IS Notes (in house service notes) I had from dealership buyouts concerned these problems. Sort of like there is a large amount of bulletins for electrical for year 1974 due to shit Sealt Belt Interlock System.
 
Ironically, a trip thru a local pick a part a few months ago shows tons of Toyotas, Hondas, BMWs, Volvos, Isuzu and others with tiny radiators, and small, plastic brake fluid containers.
