Re: [BaadAssGremlins] bugatti veyron crashes in salt marsh here

It's not as uncommon as one might think using a cell phone to film a vehicle while driving, I can't tell you how many times I have glanced over while driving my AMCs in Houston only to discover someone holding a cell phone filming my Rebel, AMX, SC/360 or even Ambassador, sometimes they giving thumbs up with free hand. Sort of neat as long as they not the one driving holding the cell doing filming! No, I didn't see any pelicans, but those are really big ass birds down there. The original story here in news was that he had dropped his cell phone and reached down to pick it up only to get startled by the big bird. That thing is supposed to do something like 253mph and has a speedo of 280mph, quite impressive! The cops said he was not speeding either, and the tow truck driver intervied said it was 'just another tow to him' although he did have his tow buddies take his photo standing next to the car on his truck, sort of like we stand next to our cars at shows for photos, or when one catches big fish. His place in Lufkin, just north of Houston, get this, specializes in restoring wrecked exotics like Ferraris, Lambos and such...

Something fishy here, there just so happens to be someone filming the Bugatti in perfect frame, just when the thing goes off the road,, what are the odds on that?
I didn't see any pelicans, did you??  I didn't see him brake. I'm sure that car has some wild brakes to be able to stop it at 200+ MPH.

I say he couldn't keep up the payments and figured he could collect some insurance money.... I hope they don't pay him a dime!
