[BaadAssGremlins] Question

I have a friend that is putting a V8 in a 79 AMX(Spirit) and I told him shorty headers would be a good bolt on. Now he is asking if I know for a fact that they will bolt on without any mods. Can anyone here tell us one way or the other on this?
