I remember those things from when I was growing up on Long Island. All the
road crews used them around hazards and road work at night.
You could never get away with using them now. Seemed so innocent back then,
but now they;d be too dangerous, too poisonous, too toxic, an attractive
nuisance to children etc etc,, you'd get your ass sued just for inventing them
now.. LOL
