They handle a little rough but for the look I get on these originals I wouldn't change them for anything. In fact for years now I have scoured the Internet for a good set of 4 original Goodyear RWL polyglas tires (D70x14). If anyone knows of a set, please let me know and I will buy them in an instant

using it for a spare. Maybe I will rethink buying new tires for it period. Nope they are getting too many cracks in them and I don't feel very safe driving on them besides if I wait too long I will spend the money I have set aside for them

The tires that are on it have plenty of tread left but I know they are at least 16 years old maybe 20. I am just going with the same size that is on it. Thought about getting wider tires but I really don't see the need for them with that power house I have under the hood. My problem is my spare. It is a D78 Bias type tire. Could be one of the original tires on the car but it probably is one of the second set of tires that was on the car. I don't want to get rid of it. It is a conversation piece. While it holds air I don't know if I would really want to put it on the car and drive
on it. Then again with four new tires I really shouldn't have to worry about a flat and in the slim chance I did since I never drive more than 30 miles from home I could take the back roads and never get over 30 MPH. I
