Boy, it sometimes stems my butt that ebay allows virtually anyone on, then when they don't 
walk it is slap on wrist. I had a zero feedbacker no pay on a front spoiler, which has 
been relisted. Also a guy in Mexico has a address in Laredo registered with ebay, and 
after auction, wanted me to ship it to California. Big difference in shipping from $165 to 
Laredo from Houston to $368 to California FedEx Freight. Anyways, I got tired of waiting 
for them to pay and relisted both and filed those 'unpaid item reminders' things.
