I fell in love with the gremlin the first time i saw one.  i was maybe 10 playing baseball and one drove by, i didnt pay any attention to the game just the car.   years later, age of 16, i stumbled across one behind a barn and got it.  After doing research on the car i came across the fact that the gremlin was introduced April 1. 

I was born April 1, 1988.  always knew there was a connection and turned out to be a pretty interesting one.

So I never even bothered to check it out. It turned out for the good after all as 2 years later I got my nice orange Hornet for half the asking price of the Gremlin.
