Rick, Thanks for the info, that's exactly what I'm looking for. I have a base model H/B that only has a 3/4" trim band at the top of the rocker panel below the doors, the X models had the full trim cover for the rocker panels. That's what I'm looking for; polished/brushed/a little dinged, doesn't matter. Thanks, Larry R. --- In BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Plumpy72@... wrote: > > Not exactly......... > > The rocker panels are located under the doors and run from the front of the rear wheel well to the rear of the front wheel well. AMC offered?stainless steel trim to cover the rocker panels. The trim pieces were either polished or "brushed" and attached with clips?from the back side?and screws through the bottom. > > > Rick Sipole > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Bradley Jones <wagonmasterx5@...> > To: BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Sent: Sat, 14 Feb 2009 10:09 pm > Subject: Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Hornet H/B Rocker moldings > > > > > > > > > > > That's the piece of body below the doors. > > > ? > > > --- On Sat, 2/14/09, Ed Veneck <edveneck@...> wrote: > > From: Ed Veneck <edveneck@...> > Subject: Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Hornet H/B Rocker moldings > To: BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Saturday, February 14, 2009, 9:15 PM > > > > > > > > What exactly is a Rocker Cover molding?? > > Ed > > --- On Sat, 2/14/09, ler32637 <ler32637@...> wrote: > > > From: ler32637 <ler32637@...> > Subject: [BaadAssGremlins] Hornet H/B Rocker moldings > To: BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Saturday, February 14, 2009, 6:33 PM > > > > > Hello Fellow AMC'ers, > I'm looking for a set of full rocker cover moldings for my 74 Hornet > H/B project, anybody have a semi beat-up/or better set lying around > they can part with?
