Yup. I had forgotten about that. He did tell me about turning the crank journal in the car, and the valve seat/guide replacement also!! He used to tell me many stories about repairing old flat heads..etc! Young guys these days probably wouldn't even believe it was possible!! Remember....this was back when you COULD work on a car/truck without a college degree in computers.haha!  You needed to have mechanical savvy,brans,a little/lot of patience!!
