Eddie, you might have figured this out already??? I measured my eagle 
and my Grem and the eagle rear end is about 2 and a half inches wider 
than my 73 gremlin. And my eagle has 3:54 ratio, sorry... Hope this 
helps, and I'll keep looking around for one with the lower ratio. Bob
