Last month I ran into a lady driving a 1988 AMC Eagle 4 wd station wagon in Staunton Va. I looked it over while she was there and noticed it had a super clean interior and the body was solid with a few dings but not rusty. She said it had had a lot of things replaced like brakes-bearings etc.It has 86000 miles with a 258 -6 and AT .Runs good and gets 25 mpg. looked like original maroon paint and sport wheels.
