You can try to locate an original V8
crossmember/correct short block mounts  from a
Hornet/Spirit/American/Gremlin..ANY SMALL/NARROW frame
AMC. NOT Jav/AMX/Matador...etc. ..etc. Or just buy
NICE conversion mounts from MC at Bulltear.com. Sells
on ebay as carbidecraters..i beleive. He manufactures
alot of quality AMC/Jeep parts. I am Not affiliated at
all. Just a happy customer! His HD conversion mounts
go for around $150-$170?  or so. Joe
