>I have not seen a Gremlin in Olathe for over >11 yrs. Now that my Grem is here I see one! >What are the odds of that happening? Hmmm! Is that the question of the year?? I bought my Gremlin 5 years ago and hadn't see one in years. Within 2 months of bringing it home, I come across one in the same Dallas neighborhood less than a 1/4 mile from my house. At that point I'd been in my house at least six years and never saw it before. I was a bit annoyed to say the least that there was one right under my nose in the neighborhood and I ended up buying one from across town!! It was in better condition and looked like it used to be a Southwest Airlines airport car as it was clearly painted in the multi-Southest Airlines brown & orange color scheme. It and the boat next to it disappeared eventually so I assume the owner moved away. Tough cookies!
