[BaadAssGremlins] Correct Lug Nuts

What are the dimensions and shape of the correct lug nuts for the cast 
5-spoke AMC factory rims? These are the rims that use the 'volcano' 
center caps with the red 'American Motors' ring on the end. I have a 
set of rims but no lug nuts. I need to know what will work on them, 
look good, and center the wheel on the hub (disc brake fronts). Thanks
