If the Gremlin bumper
filler is rubbery like the
Hornets there is a special
paint stripper used on
modern bumpers that will
not damage it. I have used
it in the past but can't
remember the name. A body
shop supply store should
be able to help you. But I
suggest you test it on a
spot that does not show.
Also there is a special
primer. For the finish
paint you will need to add
Mortons Impact 200 to the
paint to make it flexible
or it will crack and fall
off. The paint on my
yellow 74 Hornet fillers
is 29 years old and is
still in nice shape.
