I saw that on E-Bay. You can get the stripe kits from Phoenix graphics. I think I have that right. In my opinion the one on E-Bay was NOS kit. I think it  would be OK if you were going to make a copy of it but if you are thinking about using it on your car I would be scared of a 30 year old piece of tape. Just my thoughts.
