You are correct and it states this on the label, of whihc I have enclosed a
photo here of a NOS label. It is not for sale, but worth reading. Note the
number of tire sizes mentioned.
These were basically big Fix A Flat cannisters for lack of better term, but
everyone knows what a Fix A Flat is.

> 2). Anyone ever use one to inflate a space saver?
Yes, and they suck, even when new. And due to explosions, AMC quickly
changed a label on the Spacersaver itself in 1970. I just sold my last NOS
Spacesaver for $350, and it had the metal adapter nozzle and also the
hastily slapper 'new' decal over the old original decal. I would rather
driver on a rim for 100 miles like bad guys on Cops! show than even attempt
to try to inflate a Spavesaver. Later, AMC would go to mini already inflated
spares, have some of those NOS here too. Skinny ass bicycle rims!

Why even attempt this? I will have to now haul my XMA piece of crap car to
your front lawn. You have offended me and my country. 45 lashes for you with
Pacer passenger door weatherstrip. Don't do it.......in 1970.....or now.
Simply detail your cannisters nicely for show. No judge will deduct points
if full/empty. And no one here don't want to read about you losing fingers
or eye.

If so with what and under what psi?
See above comments, add 10 lashes with HUGE Spirit rear hatch weatherstrip
for asking this.

Carry a Fix A Flat in your 'road box' which shoulc also include points, plug
or two, rotor, condensor, small wire length, flashlight, flares, ect. This
rodt box can be removed for shows, however getting to and from shows if you
drive your car this is a lifesaver and can mean difference between being
stranded (cell phone won't help you in some locales) or getting back on road
quickly if something in the box can fix with screwdriver, ect.

I could bore ya'll with stories abuot NOT having a small roadpack, missed
meets, flooding, and stupid shit like coming back from Astrodome ISCA meet
in the convertible Rebel 'Machine' and my wires under hood so Armoralled up
they would pop of the damned distributor cap repeatedly.....
Good luc,
