These should not be too hard to do in 3M vinyl. I believe the price on APD's 
website is probably for a pair of them. A similiar decal I did 4 years ago 
was two color, silver and black, and about same amount of vinyl, and about 
$10 a decal to do. There are places here in Houston, at swap meets, Trader's 
Village, and printing places that you can take something like that in....and 
it will be ready in hour or so. Some more difficult to do if 3 color. Good
