I ran a 11 second, might have been 8, 1/4 mile recently at the Houston Rodeo after eating a double sized bowl of habenero chili. Sure wished they would put the skid-o-cans a little closer to foor areas, but my guess is some of those cowboys have bets going on like March Madness, watching the tourists 'make a run' for it.
