I've ordered lots of stuff from them & have always gotten great & prompt service. May be new people packing the boxes. I've always ordered online, but have talked to someone on the phone in the past. may be a busy time of the year. Larry

I irdered there once, and out of the 7 items I ordered, 3 of them were
useless.
They even sent 2 different wheel cyl. kits when i ordered 2 of the same.
