I too have had some trouble getting in contact with them. I am looking for a loch mechanism for my senter console and have emailed them a couple of times with no response.

I irdered there once, and out of the 7 items I ordered, 3 of them were
useless.
They even sent 2 different wheel cyl. kits when i ordered 2 of the same.
