Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Re: 79-80 AMX flaming fire ball hood decalswanted

Doc it would depend on how hungry one is. But again, note I mention some of
the 'easier' things to reproduce. I could easily (and think I already did)
post some replies from places that make gas tanks ($250,000 for a run of 600
minimum) for 68-70 AMXs & Javelins, or Machine rims for 70-72 AMCs ($180,000
for a run of 5000-6000 minimum) for instance.

As for what you metion below, yes, there are some great creative people out
there and my own vendors list is filled with them, who are willing to
invest....and tackle.....maybe one....or two....items the hobby needs.

Also what you mention below, there are tons of places and people who do
stuff off the books, more so in a effort to feed family or simply survive, I
deal with them daily, whether they cut my grass, wait on my table. Just
yesterday I was craving some bar b que, and instead of going to a chain or
place that might have multiple locations, I went to a small place on
Memorial and was only customer there and watched Sabado Gigante! on teevee
while enjoying some awesome ribs. And the workers are paid contract labor,
which luckily for them goes into their pockets, so yep, deal with it daily
here.

The other side of the coin is sometimes you deal with places that won't
touch or want your project unless you wish to have X amount made, so then
move on!
