Re: [BaadAssGremlins] carb that bill sent me

ok heres a question, bill sent me some stuff from the tsm he has on the 
carb, but it has a stepper motor, an electronic acutator, is this 
critical to engine function or can i throw the carb on w/o it and if i 
do would it burn more gas or what? thanks,
