It looks like primer. It cost me 95 bucks for a gal. i got it at Car Quest auto body supply. You should be able to get it at any auto body supply store.
Like the guy told me. anywhere you paint it you will never have rust. All you have to do is get the loose rust off with a wire brush and then paint it. It kills rust on the spot. Great stuff.

I reccommend SEM Rust Shield for a rust proofing paint. It is a flat black and I think you would really like it. It is like POR 15 but can be in sunlight and is 1/2 the cost!

Davis the John Deere stuff is UV resistant as well but if the stuff you suggest is cheaper i may go for it.Where could i find this stuff and it looks like primer right?i don;'t wanna make my gremlin look like its been rhino lined.
