[BaadAssGremlins] Rust Free Hornet and VIN

What is the big hoopla here! I have "custom built" many vehicles with 
VIN's not being from the "factory original". All these old AMC's have 
the VIN on the dash that is easily removed or just put the "new dash" 
in. The VIN on the front inner frame rail in the engine compartment is 
also a joke because by the time you sand the area getting ready to 
prime and then paint the area, it is no longer visable.
