[BaadAssGremlins] Rectangle port headers needed to fit 290/343.... can dogleg be modified to fit??

Title says it all.Anyone know of quality fitting
headers to fit rectangular port 290/343 heads? Need
some for a 67 Ambassador. I have a new/never used  set
of 1 5/8" "Heddman..i think" dogleg ports. Can i
easily have them welded/modified....?? Would trade em
for a NICE rectangular port set. Thanks,Joe
