I just found this group and felt that I MUST join. My first Gremlin
was a 74 with a 304 auto, one owner, with 54k on it. I did alot of
5.0 stang eating with it back then. (86ish) I have owned many since,
and still would love to find another worthy of building for the
street. They have become quite hard to find around here.

I am building what I consider the most EVIL gremlin EVER! It will be
powered by a highly modified ford 302 with a paxton strapped on just
for fun. C-6 with a 3500 stall, full chro molly chassis, 5.00 rear
gears, full spool and 33 spline moser axle shafts and 4.88 FRONT
gears. Yes, it will be 4x4! 14" of wheel travel on a-frame 3 links
with coil springs. More details to come if you folks are interested.

Now, before you purists start bashing,,,I am only using the outer
sheet metal of a gremlin,,,and it was NOT worth repairing what the
iron moths had done to it by the time I got it.

I took a quick look through some of the pics here and I must
compliment many of you on some very cool gremlins. I will get some
shots up of what I am creating soon.

I also must ask...is eagle talk welcome in these ranks? Got one of
those sitting here as well. All stock...so far!
While there are some purists on here and i'm one of them.i don't damn you for dropping in a FoMoCo motor in your Gremlin as there is a member here with a BLOWN 355 sb chevy Gremlin on here that is just totally killer.please post pics as a paxton blown gremlin V8 is cool enough for the most staunch purist :)
