 Bummer about your bud.

 I know how it is with the garage. When i bought my house the roof on the garage was rotted and it rained in there as much as it did outside. I replaced the roof, added 3.5 feet to the back( place for the compressor and solvent tank) Took out the wall between 2 bays and aded a support beam to get rid of the post in the middle, raised and replaced  the roof on the middle 2 bays and added a loft, installed an AC unit in the wall last summer too

 All that has happened in the last 3 years. And i wonder why my gremlin's not done yet!
