Joe,

 that's cool I was thinking of doing the same thing. I dropped off the Mondello SFI approved flexplate to my machinist yesterday and he had the crank setup on the balance machine with the bob weights and the romac SFI harmonic balancer ready for the flexplate to balance my engine. He also showed me the rods all done with bronze bushings in the top and resized bottom and balanced and deburred. Then he asked if I wanted to see the pistons DUH! They are HUGH! The top ring land is like 3/8" thick! (made to take a 300 N2O shot) Not that I'm gonna do that

 He said my engine should be ready for asembly next week. I will be doing the assembly.

 Now I gotta get busy on the body!
