D-D-D Drifting??? Why waste an even ratty AMC for that? Find a cheap
"RICER" for that. My condolences to your father. I would not ever let
you drive my AMX if I had restored one and I have Hornet's  I am sorry

would anyone know os anything near wissonin/ill area that might be

i am looking for a spirt or ever an old ramber with a stick shift.
i can spend a lot on the car i need to run ...i was thinking more to

buy, build, and race a car for $2006 and do tree eventswith it.
autocross, 1/4 mile, and car show judging...

i know my dad is working on getting his 68 amx restored right now and
its going on three years for the guy doing it...sigh...i have be
wating for 25 years or so to get the chance to drive it....
390 v8, hurst 4speed, and it was black....its going to factory stock
is what my dadwants to do...sigh, i hope its done soon...

my old car that i drive andown right now is a 82 olds delta 88 thats
i am setting up right now to run autocross this year. big heavy ugly
underpowered v8, have to love it....
