Terry,

You're in the ballpark for a 'driver' needing 
rust work of any signifigance.

If it were a rare bird, like a Gucci or 360-V8, 
it might be worth more. Also, a wildly cool 
factory color combo would boost it a bit.

But a stanard-fare base wagon with a six and some rot?
They go from worthless parts cars to no more than 
a grand if running great and well-kept inside.
