Actually that grovvy gremlin is a sort of time capsule. Many of us did our cars like that, it was the disco era (even though I jammed to Foghat, Styx, Foreinger, Triumph, Frank Mariono & Mahogany Rush to name a few) but I'm really surprised that the fur carpet on this Gremlin didn't extend onto the sail panels and roof also. One day kids today will look back and think fondly of some of the stuff they did to their cars, like big exhausts, neon tube lights in and under car, rims that spin for no reason and so forth, it will simply define a era. And they will probably say in 2030 'man were we goofy!' just like I have thought a few times of 1974-79 when I was 'dolling' up cars with big mags, Thrush mufflers, painting interior dome lights (for concert effect in dope smoke) sticking on decals on exterior, mirror tint, cutting holes in door panels and dash ares for speakers and gauges and so on.
