I always wear my seat belt( starting in 1967, mandatory in Military) as a 20+ yr vet but the light won't go off when the buzzer stops so it is distracting.

That wire you have to unplug is most likely under the carpet just behind the seat. That is where I have always found it. Isn't it better to just use your seatbelt though? It's the law here in CT.

Subject: [BaadAssGremlins] Another question

How do I disconnect the seatbelt "buzzer/light" on my 81 Spirit? Did it
on my Gremlin but that was in 1974 so I have forgotten. I know it was
easy but thought there was something that had to do with starting?
