Subject: Bell Cranks Hi,
Need a little help. I have a 69 AMX 390 4 speed and I am trying to put new
headers on! I got the passenger side on ok but the drivers side is being awnry.
The bell crank is in the way and I can't figure out how it comes off. I can see
the nut behind the strut rod bracket but I don't know if I should mess with it
or not. My thinking is the clip that attaches the bell crank to the clutch pedal
linkage should come off and the bell crank would then be able to turn and come
off. Am I all wet with my thinking or am I on the right track. I would reaallly
appreciate help on this.
Thanks
Scott Sursa
