What about the guy with a good title and VIN tag for a long-gone AMC

looking for a body to put it on? Or the well-financed foreign buyer? 

Heck, theft isn't always about reselling. Maybe all the guy wants 

are the rust-free and rare parts for his own car.

 

The reason doesn't matter- it happened.

 Yea if you could do that why in the hell would you pick on an AMC. If you tried to sale it whole it would stick out like a sore thumb. Even selling the parts would stick out. I would go for a Vett or something common. You have to be nuts to still an AMC. Now that I said that my Gremmie will be gone in the morning.
