It will depend on the transmission. If it is a standard, put in neutral and go for it. If it's an automatic, remove the drive shaft. If you can put the rear wheels on the tow dolly just make sure the steeling wheel is locked with the front wheels straight.

 

A tow dolly is much better than a tow bar.
