[BaadAssGremlins] NOS Armrest...help?

I just won this item on eBay, as the description gave it's 
part# as 3666279, but on the item itself, the part# is 
shown as 3654511.

It's a driver's armrest in a dark tan. I'm fairly certain it 
is for Matador/Ambassador sedans, perhaps with interior code
426Q...??

Can anyone give me a correct, specific application? My 68-72 
parts book doesn't list either number...thus the assumption 
it's a later item.
