[BaadAssGremlins] Clay Bars

Has anyone tried the clay bars on your cars. I never heard of it until recently and the articles sound good. Mine really needs a paint job but I hate to give up the original paint. A lot of these things sound good but it practice they are really not what they say they are. Just wondering if anyone has used one on their paint and what results you got.
