Mine are going into the stock pod that mounts under the package tray. All I did was remove the stock gauges and made a face out of 1/8 plexi-glass. Glued on 1/8 plexi-glass tabs taped for No# 8 sheet metal screws to mount the face to the stock mounting holes in the pod. I added to additional tabs and used No# 8 counter sunk chrome trim screws for them. I used JB Weld to glue on the tabs and speeded up the curing process by baking the the face in my dehydrator which I use for curing the paint on my models. Once I get the gauges I will use a hole saw and make a stiff cardboard template and mount the gauges and make sure everything fits before cutting the holes in the plexi-glass gauge panel face. I got about 10 hours so far into making the face plate and don't intend to screw it up and have to start over again. To bad they don't make a smaller diameter gauge like 1 3/4 then I could fit 4 gauges. Getting 3 to fit will be close but doable. "Doc" ------------------------ Yahoo!
