What kind of rules do you have if you have historic plates on your car? Here in N.Y. you are limited to where you can go and for what purpose you are driveing the car for. You can only drive to show's and in parades and to club functions, there are a few other rules that I can't remember but these I have mentioned are the major restrictions. This is why I have regular pass car plates on both my Hornet's because I drive them all over all the time. I put almost 1,000 miles on the orange car and about 500 miles on the yellow one since last October.
