The cause is sitting right here. Wrong water pump pully combo. The pump shaft was too short so I tried to space it out with a washer but the pully was not exactally straight. I figured it would be ok till I got the needed parts. I figured wrong too much stress with the fan on. It was all fine till I added the flex fan.
