The only difference from cold & warm weather operation is that some intakes don't have heat risers to make the engine run better till the engine warms up. Once the engine is warm it makes no difference which manifold you have. I do have a beater for snowy weather that I have to warm up before driveing it. My son drives his 360 72 Javelin year round with an Edelbroc cam, intake & carb kit. He just has to warm it up before he drives it in the winter.
